Delete your account.
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to permanently delete your Beanster account and your personal data.
From the app
- 1Open Beanster and go to your Profile.
- 2Tap Settings, then Account.
- 3Select “Delete account” and confirm.
By email
Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account to soporte@beanster.app
We process email requests within 7 days and confirm once your data has been removed.
What gets deleted
Your profile, brew logs, tasting notes, saved coffees, quests and all personal information associated with your account are permanently removed.
What we may keep
Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you may be retained. Nothing personal is kept.
This action is irreversible
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you just want a break, you can log out instead — your data stays safe.
